We use precision CNC wire bending machines that allow us to bend parts in two or three dimensions. Our wire parts are used in a variety of industries including engineering, furniture and automotive. We have qualified employees and a modern machine park, so we are able to carry out orders quickly and guarantee high quality. We manufacture details as a subcontractor on the basis of entrusted technical documentation. It is possible to weld and weld the elements made by us.
We bend wire from 2.5 to 8 mm thick. Welding and welding processes are fully automated in our company which translates into high productivity. The most popular bent parts we manufacture are: frames, half rings ( D-ring ) triangles, hangers, etc.
We also have the ability to mass-produce castors with diameters from Ø20 to 70 mm and wire thicknesses from 3 to 6 mm.
